Who we are
Paper Borders is a game in development by Tanali Yenbekov and Bexultan Karabayev, based in Almaty, Kazakhstan. We are not yet incorporated. Contact us at hello@paperborders.world.
Age
Paper Borders is a war strategy game with mature themes and is intended only for people 18 and older. Do not sign up if you are under 18. If we learn that someone under 18 gave us their email, we delete it.
What we collect
- Your email address, when you request early access, and your confirmation that you are 18 or older.
- Anything you choose to write to us by email.
We do not use advertising trackers or sell your data. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type, for security and reliability.
Why we use it
- To tell you when your early-access seat is ready and send you access details.
- To answer your messages.
We will not send you marketing emails unless you ask for them. Every email from us tells you how to stop receiving them.
Who processes it
We use trusted service providers to host the site (Vercel), store sign-ups and send email (our form and email providers, and Namecheap Private Email). They process your data only on our behalf. Your data may be stored outside your country, including in the United States.
How long we keep it
Until early access ends or you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by writing to hello@paperborders.world. If you are in the EU, UK or California, you have these rights under the GDPR, UK GDPR and CCPA, and you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above. If the change is significant, we will email the people on our early-access list.
